Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Due to the nature of the products we sell and the availability of our Demo Program, all returns must be in new and unused condition to be eligible.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Buyer's remorse: Item must be unused and in new condition, including original packaging.

  • Manufacturer’s defect: If your item is clearly defective, we’ll accept the return within 30 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective paddle. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
